Information/Reminders

 

Improve your science and/or social studies grade

        I am giving you a chance to improve your social studies and/orscience  grade.  To receive an additional quiz grade, you must bring in an article  and present it to the class.  You could research this information on the Internet or find it in a newspaper or magazine.

 

Criteria:

1.     Your article must be up-to-date.   For science, it can not be more than a month old.

 

2.     You must bring in the article.  You could cut it out or print it off the Internet.  If you have a problem with a printer, see me and I will print it out.

 

3.     You must write up a summary about the article.  Then tell why you chose this article.

 

4.     You will present the article to the class.

 

5.     You can only present one science and /or  current event per marking period.

 

6.   The article must be presented one week prior to the end of the marking period.    

 

Anyone may do this article to improve their grade.
