Mrs. Kathleen J. Kelley - Principal

Kathleen Kelley began her SPS career as a classroom teacher at Stillmeadow in 1987, later becoming a grade level leader and teacher mentor. She served as Stillmeadow’s Administrative Intern from 2014 to 2017 where she managed the Alliance and Title 1 grants, served on the data team, and designed and supervised the after school enrichment program. Mrs. Kelley was Assistant Principal at Davenport Ridge Elementary from 2017 to 2023, where she served as the Special Education Administrator, and was the Elementary Head Teacher for the District’s Summer School Program in 2017. A three-time Teacher of the Year nominee, she returned to Stillmeadow as Interim Principal in August 2023. Mrs. Kelley earned a Bachelors in Family and Community Services from the University of Massachusetts, a Masters in Education from Fordham University, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Administration and Supervision from Fairfield University. She has professional certifications in K-6 Elementary Education (CT 013) and K-12 Intermediate Administration or Supervision (CT 092). She is a lifelong resident of Stamford and graduate of Stamford Public Schools, as is her husband and their two children.
Mrs. Lisa Mackey - Assistant Principal

Lisa Mackey began her SPS career as a 6 th grade teacher at Hart School in 1985. She then taught Math at Dolan Middle School when the district moved sixth grade students to the middle school. In 1994 she became the A.I. at Roxbury Elementary School. Mrs. Mackey served at Roxbury until 2001 when she moved to Rippowam Middle School as a teacher for one year, and then she became their Assistant Principal. She worked at Rippowam until 2011. Since that time, Mrs. Mackey has served as an Assistant Principal for Northeast, Turn of River, Rogers and now works at Stillmeadow. From 2002 until 2023, Mrs. Mackey worked as the Special Education Administrator. Mrs. Mackey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Kent State University, a Master’s in Education from Sacred Heart University and a Sixth Year Degree in Administration and Supervision also from Sacred Heart. She has professional teaching certifications in K-8 Education and K-12 Administration.
Dr. Rachael Wiggins - Assistant Principal for Specialized Instruction

Dr. Rachael Wiggins brings nearly two decades of experience in education to her role as Special Education Administrator. She joined Stamford Public Schools as a fifth grade teacher at Stillmeadow Elementary where she later worked as a special education teacher, SRBI Support Teacher, IEP Compliance and Specialized Reading Team Leader, and Multi-Tiered System of Support Specialist. Prior to joining SPS, she spent four years with the New York City Department of Education as a first grade teacher, creative writing teacher, and 5th grade teacher at The Edward A. Fogel School for Critical Thinking (PS 68). She began her teaching career with the Archdiocese of New York, where she was a middle school ELA teacher at St. Mark the Evangelist School and Visitation School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from College of the Holy Cross, a Master of Science in Education in Childhood and Special Education from Manhattan College, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Bridgeport. Rachael is passionate about empowering all students and partnering with educators to implement research-based practices that promote student growth and success.
